In the context of EU Directive 2019/904 on single-use plastics, our Ø28mm caps are already tethered — in series production. Clients shipping to the EU market receive the compliant version without process changes.

Our concrete investments to reduce environmental impact.
Renewable energy
Photovoltaic panels installed at the production site, funded through the Femeia Antreprenor 2022 project. Reduce dependence on the public grid and associated emissions.
PNRR energy efficiency
Two Component C6 / Investment I5 (Energy efficiency in industrial sector) projects, implemented 2023-2025. Line modernization with reduced consumption per produced unit.
Environmental management
ISO 14001 certified and active. Annually audited, with measurable objectives on energy consumption, waste, and emissions. Complete environmental impact traceability.
EU SUP compliance
Our Ø28mm caps are currently tethered — fully compliant with EU Directive 2019/904 on single-use plastics (SUP). In series production, a single solution for clients shipping to the European market.

Component C6 / Investment I5 — energy efficiency in industry.
PNRR 2023
SACMI CCM32MC line for Ø38mm caps
Acquisition of complete production line with superior energy efficiency. Ø38mm cap capacity doubled (from 20M to 40M units/month) with considerably reduced energy consumption per unit.
PNRR 2024-2025
16-cavity molds + 2 electric injection machines
Investment in new high-productivity molds (16 cavities for Ø48mm cap and Ø48mm handle) plus 2 Sumitomo IntElect electric injection machines. Reduced raw material consumption per unit, superior energy efficiency.

ISO certifications as quality infrastructure.
Triple ISO certification covers all dimensions relevant for a food packaging manufacturer — quality, environment, and food safety. Annually audited by independent accredited bodies.
