Sport Cap 29/25 — flip-top cap developed in co-development
Sport Cap 29/25 is our flagship product developed in co-development with a strategic beverage industry client. Concrete proof of CPP capacity to work side-by-side with the client from concept to series production — based on our own CNC department and injection infrastructure.
The flip-top sport design enables one-handed opening via pressure on the cap top, ideal for drinks consumed in motion (running, cycling, sports). The closing system has integrated tamper-evidence — visual signal that the package has not been previously opened.
The complete process — concept, prototyping, testing, validation, and production — was performed in-house. Molds were developed in our own CNC department (lathe, milling, EDM), and production runs on our injection line. We are in capacity expansion for this product.
