Plastic cap Ø38mm 3-start thread for Cold Aseptic Filling — tethered and non-tethered variants
The Ø38mm cap with 3-start thread is engineered for Cold Aseptic Filling (CAF) applications — aseptic cold filling of fresh dairy (pasteurized milk, drinking yogurt, kefir, liquid cream), juices, and sensitive beverages requiring maximum protection against microbial contamination. Compatible with ESL (Extended Shelf Life) aseptic lines and classic pasteurization.
We manufacture two constructive variants on the same SACMI CCM32MC line: the tethered version with attached ring after opening (compliant with EU Directive 2019/904 on single-use plastics, mandatory for bottling intended for the European market), and the standard non-tethered version (used for export to non-EU markets or industrial applications without SUP requirements). The client chooses the configuration based on the destination market.
The SACMI CCM32MC line was acquired in 2024 through the PNRR Component C6 program — total capacity of 40 million units per month, doubled from 2023. Full compatibility with aseptic lines from Tetra Pak, GEA, Krones, and SIPA. Customization via Pantone/RAL colors, embossing, or silkscreen.
