The unit integrates complete SACMI lines for caps, electric and servo-hydraulic injection machines, automated CVS360 system for 360° quality control, and an in-house CNC department for mold development.

In-house CNC department
Molds developed internally, no external dependency.
We have an in-house CNC department equipped with lathe, milling machine, and EDM. This lets us develop molds, custom thread tooling, and other technological components internally.
Important differentiator in client relationships: short reaction time for technical changes and real co-development capacity. Sport Cap 29/25 is the proof product of this service.
